Durán Cuevas is a professional company, and in its capacity as an Industrial Property Agency, it is highly specialised in obtaining and protecting all kinds of Industrial and Intellectual Property rights as well as other related rights, including research and prior diagnosis activities, maintaining said rights in force and defending them before competent Administrative bodies and Legal Courts. 

The company members have an extensive experience both in the main branches of Industrial and Intellectual Property, and in the most relevant areas of technology, acting as representatives before bodies such as the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (SPTO), the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO), the European Patent Office (EPO) and the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM).
