Unfair Competition

Competition, as the main figure ruling all market economy, is a consubstantial element of the model of economic organisation of our society, and it is the first and most important way  freedom of business is expressed.

Nevertheless, whenever the behaviour derived from this free practice of business, is objectively contrary to the requirements of good faith, then we are talking about Unfair Competition and Illicit Advertising. So, unfair acts, inter alia, include the following: degrading and confusing acts with the non-associated activity, imitation, acts of deceit, public comparison, infringement of industrial or business secrets, deceptive, unfair and subliminal advertising, etc.
